Warranty Disclaimer
Statutory warranties that are implied under the Trade Practices Act are not excluded if goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use.  The benefits conferred by this guarantee are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar state and territory laws.  

Product Specifications and Images
Product specifications and images included in this site are to provide a guide only.  Any accessories shown with the product are for presentation purposes only and are not included with the product, unless for a particular product it is explicitly stated otherwise.  Images are to illustrate the style only and the image may be of a different colour and/or may be of a different size to the product being offered.  Lighting conditions when the items were photographed varies considerably and may result in images that are not true to colour.  Individual computer display settings may also effect the colour of images being viewed.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tamborine Mountain Spa Essentials’ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tamborine Mountain Spa Essentials reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tamborine Mountain Spa Essentials reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tamborine Mountain Spa Essentials shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

International Buyers
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Tamborine Mountain Spa Essentials accepts no responsibility for the goods which may not be delivered due to local customs or laws of the purchaser. International customers are advised to contact the relevant government department/s in their locality before placing an order.
